Supports the global income tax function, focusing on U.S. federal, state, and local tax compliance, ASC 740 provisions, tax planning, transfer pricing coordination, audits, and tax authority inquiries. The role prepares returns, provisions, workpapers, disclosures, and technical tax analyses while improving compliance and provision processes. It collaborates with external advisors and internal stakeholders in a corporate environment.

Own end-to-end product/program lifecycle to deliver business and financial results. Coordinate cross-functional teams (R&D, factory, support, suppliers) to manage pricing, cost analysis, production/delivery schedules, market trend analysis, customer relationships, and new business development while ensuring time-to-market and meeting deadlines.

Develop and maintain production test software and hardware, implement test plans, troubleshoot test failures, maintain test equipment, perform root-cause analysis with customers and teams, drive test yield improvements, and train technicians on testing procedures.

Design, develop, and maintain software solutions utilizing full-stack development, including backend services, databases, and frontend interfaces. Participate in code reviews and collaborate with teams to meet business requirements.

Manage inbound/outbound shipping, freight operations, and U.S. Customs/trade compliance. Supervise logistics staff, negotiate carrier agreements, monitor KPIs, resolve claims, and implement process improvements to optimize cost and performance.

Design, implement, operate, and optimize enterprise and data center networks across North America (LAN/WAN/MPLS/SD-WAN). Maintain network security controls, troubleshoot complex incidents, lead network projects, coordinate vendors/ISPs, and produce documentation and operational procedures.

Lead full-cycle recruitment across functions, source and assess candidates, partner with hiring managers on workforce planning, manage ATS data and hiring reports, drive employer branding and career events, negotiate offers, and establish an internship program to build candidate pipelines.
