Manages training compliance and quality for a government MegaCenter contract. Onboards employees, delivers orientation and dispatch training, administers FEMA and NCIC certification requirements, tracks trainee progress, maintains documentation, supports system access, and counsels employees who do not meet established standards. Ensures compliance with government policies, NCIC procedures, workplace safety requirements, and contract-specific training standards.

Review and quality-check field investigation reports, provide guidance and feedback to investigators, track and prioritize pending cases, schedule additional leads, assist with customer complaints and QA interviews, prepare statistical reports, and support PMs and managers to ensure timely, accurate submissions.

Lead and own the end-to-end cybersecurity program: achieve and maintain DoD ATO (RMF), embed security automation into CI/CD, run vulnerability scanning and remediation, harden microservices and containers, produce eMASS artifacts, and report risk and progress to leadership.

Conduct background investigations, prepare reports in compliance with standards, and travel for interviews while maintaining relationships with government organizations.

Support development and implementation of QA plans and programs for DOE/NNSA/LANL compliance. Conduct audits, surveillances, issue management, root-cause and trend analyses, corrective action tracking, and provide QA training and briefings.

Manage administrative, compliance, payroll/billing, records, and fleet functions for Protective Force contract at a national lab. Maintain audit-ready documentation, training and personnel files, MVS data handling, exception reporting, and support special event staffing. Track and report fleet incidents, expenditures, and operational/compliance metrics; coordinate with Project Manager and TR; perform other contract-related administrative duties.

On-site Data Analyst responsible for maintaining and validating alarm account and building information, performing QA, logging operations statistics, updating building profiles, tracking data, and training personnel to support Federal Protective Service dispatching.
