Verifies SAM.gov registrations, UEIs, and supplier eligibility; coordinates FFATA reporting and federally funded procurement documentation. Provides executive leadership for enterprise technology strategy, infrastructure, cybersecurity, applications, service delivery, data governance, risk, vendors, budgets, and transformation. Ensures secure, reliable, scalable technology operations; oversees compliance, continuity, incident response, and modernization; and builds a high-performing technology organization aligned with business goals.

Provide IT support for software, hardware, networking, user accounts, Windows systems, Active Directory, file servers, and network resources. Build, configure, troubleshoot, and manage workstations, servers, and network devices; maintain hardware and software inventory; and manage CMMS updates and reporting. Requires strong troubleshooting, communication, organization, customer service, and Windows networking skills, with occasional extended or weekend hours.

Uses behavioral analytics, audit logs, SIEM, UEBA, and forensic tools to identify misuse and leakage. Develops security controls, incident response playbooks, and compliance updates while collaborating with Legal, HR, and Compliance. Participates in threat-hunting and red, blue, and purple team exercises. Requires five-plus years of relevant experience and eligibility for a Top Secret clearance.

Provides day-to-day HR support, including employee inquiries, onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, HR transactions, reporting, and policy interpretation. Maintains accurate personnel data, supports labor relations and unemployment claims, manages HR service requests, and prepares workforce insights. Partners with employees, leaders, and HR teams while handling confidential information, shifting priorities, process improvements, and departmental projects.
