Provide full HR generalist support for a corrugated packaging plant (200+ employees): recruit, hire, onboard, administer benefits, maintain HR records, assist payroll, manage employee relations and compliance with federal/state laws.

Sell and service profitable accounts by acquiring new customers, maintaining existing relationships, managing collections, processing paperwork, and preparing sales forecasts. Requires product and costing knowledge, frequent customer travel and sample handling, and meeting established sales and service standards.
