Serves as the primary customer liaison, conducting on-site visits, identifying process and material improvements, resolving complaints, and coordinating with customer service, sales, quality assurance, production, and project teams. Manage overall accounting operations including financial reporting and budgeting; supervise and train accounting staff; review journal entries and financial statements; oversee payables/receivables, credit evaluation and collections; ensure audit and regulatory compliance; support policy adherence and continuous improvement.
