Promote and sell year-round overnight leisure group business for Jay Peak Resort via outbound calls, emails, site visits and trade shows. Develop proposals, respond to RFPs, secure room blocks, coordinate with operations for events, host familiarization tours, maintain sales schedule and client relationships, and resolve group issues to ensure service delivery.

Coordinate and sell day-group products (skiing, water park, tram, golf, college packages), manage ticketing and forecasting, communicate with clients and internal stakeholders, attend regional sales events, develop new business contacts, handle phone and group email inquiries, and produce sales reports with senior management.
