Defines the DevSecOps roadmap, integrates testing and security tools, manages branching and environment strategies, develops documentation and operational runbooks, and mentors technical teams. The role coordinates developers, administrators, release managers, and executives while ensuring compliance with government requirements.

Performs advanced testing, evaluation, troubleshooting, calibration, and technical support for scientific instrumentation, electronic systems, and computerized hydrologic monitoring equipment. Develops test methods, conducts operational assessments, documents results, supports maintenance and validation, coordinates with government engineers and researchers, and provides technical guidance to junior personnel. The role is onsite near Tuscaloosa, Alabama and supports federal research and operational readiness requirements.
