Responsibilities include coordinating stakeholders, reviewing designs and specifications, tracking schedules and resources, managing deliverables and invoices, assessing risks, ensuring regulatory compliance, facilitating meetings, preparing reports, and recommending corrective actions. The role also supports contract formation, quality assessments, site-related activities, and project lifecycle oversight.

Configure, develop, and optimize Salesforce Government Cloud solutions using declarative tools, OmniStudio, Apex, and Lightning Web Components. Lead requirements gathering, translate business processes into user stories, support Agile SDLC delivery, manage integrations and security models, and oversee testing and deployments through Git-based CI/CD tools. Brief government stakeholders and document technical designs, data flows, and configuration decisions in a regulated environment.
