Support North America annual and mid‑term planning, KPI management, governance, and executive meeting coordination. Provide financial and business analysis, identify risks and gaps, drive corrective actions, and support continuous improvement and regional strategic initiatives.

Design, develop, test, and maintain IoT and manufacturing-focused web applications. Build front-end interfaces with Angular and back-end services with C#/.NET, integrate systems and databases, participate in code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and support deployments and production support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

Designs, documents, fabricates, implements and troubleshoots electrical controls for semi-automatic and automatic manufacturing equipment. Programs PLCs (ladder logic), specifies components, creates schematics and operator manuals, ensures safety and regulatory compliance, collaborates with automation, maintenance and production planning, and may mentor junior engineers.

Lead North America IT infrastructure operations, oversee planning, design, implementation, and contracts for WAN/LAN, servers and applications; manage budgets, projects, and personnel; set policies and ensure service delivery.

Plan, develop, and implement QMS and quality programs for North American manufacturing. Lead audits, analyze customer/field data, drive corrective actions and continuous improvement, present KPI results, and support cross-functional quality initiatives and training.
