Supports broad HR operations including payroll processing, HRIS reporting, onboarding, benefits and retirement plan administration, employee data management, leave and workers’ compensation administration, performance management, training, policy development, compliance, and employee communications. The role also assists with recruiting, employee lifecycle transactions, workplace safety programs, and HR projects while serving as a liaison between employees and benefit providers.

Leads bid management and proposal development for state, government, and commercial gaming opportunities. Coordinates cross-functional bid teams, gathers and synthesizes technical input, writes and edits compliant proposal content, develops solution strategies, and presents company value propositions. Maintains knowledge of lottery and gaming market trends, supports sales pipeline management, and ensures proposal quality, consistency, accuracy, and timely submission.

Coordinates marketing content across web, email, social, retail, and promotional channels. Drafts, edits, proofreads, and formats materials; maintains content calendars; manages digital assets and CMS updates; and supports campaign, product, and player communications. Collaborates with marketing, compliance, operations, product teams, designers, and external partners to ensure accurate, on-brand, regulatory-compliant content. Monitors performance and assists with optimization recommendations.

Develop and support a cloud-native lottery platform using React, Node.js, MySQL, microservices, Docker, and Kubernetes. Responsibilities include software design, implementation, testing, reporting, database optimization, CI/CD automation, deployment, production troubleshooting, regulated-jurisdiction certification, documentation, and on-call support. The role requires building high-volume, real-time transaction systems with strong availability, security, and disaster-recovery practices.

Designs and maintains scalable data pipelines, ETL/ELT workflows, data models, data lakes, warehouses, and curated data layers. Integrates structured and unstructured data from internal systems, vendors, and APIs, while supporting Tableau dashboards and analytics. Monitors pipeline reliability, performance, governance, validation, security, and data quality. Collaborates with analysts, data scientists, developers, and stakeholders to deliver cloud-based data solutions, documentation, and AI-enabled analytics capabilities.

Lead and own multiple customer accounts and P&Ls for lottery/gaming clients. Drive business development, pre-sales, bidding, renewals and value creation. Manage stakeholder relationships, oversee operations/delivery teams, create business cases, represent company at industry events, and liaise between local and global resources to ensure contractual and commercial objectives are met.

Operate and monitor Intralot proprietary software and server clusters (AIX, Windows, Linux); provide technical support, monitor communications and system processes, troubleshoot, and escalate issues. Work rotating shifts including nights and weekends.
