Lead the transformation of ARQ’s global controllership function by building scalable, audit-ready accounting infrastructure across Latin America and the United States. Responsibilities include directing multi-currency close and consolidation, implementing ERP and chart-of-accounts architecture, overseeing regulatory reporting, managing audits and compliance, ensuring US GAAP and IFRS adherence, automating accounting workflows, and partnering with Tax, FP&A, Treasury, and Engineering.

Own ARQ’s internal operating system, including the company-wide KPI platform, employee directory, and back-office tools. Define product strategy, roadmap, and execution; establish KPI ownership across departments; partner with engineering on architecture and schemas; and improve adoption through usage tracking and internal feedback.
