As an FP&A Manager, you will lead financial planning processes, budget management, performance analysis, and support strategic decisions across the business.

Underwrite and price debt-portfolio acquisitions, build loan- and cohort-level cashflow forecasts, track portfolio performance vs. underwritten IRR/MOIC, diagnose return shortfalls, and establish underwriting standards, monitoring, and reporting to guide capital allocation decisions.

Full-cycle enterprise sales role responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and closing net-new financial-institution customers. Build relationships with senior stakeholders across Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Executive teams, run demos and executive presentations, manage complex procurement processes, forecast and maintain pipeline in CRM, and partner with Product, Legal, and Customer Success to win deals and represent the company at industry events.
