Manage and develop a billing and AR team, ensure accurate timely billing, design billing controls, monitor AR and payment trends, build dashboards, partner cross-functionally, and support audits and system upgrades.

Individual contributor sales leader responsible for identifying and pursuing PBM-related accounts (brokers, TPAs, captives, employer groups). Performs consultative sales, networking, strategic planning, reporting, and occasional travel for events; collaborates with management to meet sales goals and maintain industry engagement.

Provide decision support to executives, partner with cross-functional teams to improve reporting, headcount forecasting, and automate processes, and drive strategic and operational planning initiatives.

Reconcile deposits and billing reports, monitor accounts receivable and follow up on late payments, use accounting software to update processes, generate ad-hoc reports, and document systems, policies, and procedures while collaborating with the billing team.
