Provide general office administrative support including data entry, record keeping, reception, mail handling, filing, invoicing, purchasing, inventory preparation, customer interactions, and assisting management to maintain front-office operations and cleanliness.

Assist in designing and developing medical devices, creating documentation, testing and validating products, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet regulatory standards.

Manage customer purchase orders and order entry in the ERP, communicate order status, coordinate with production/quality/shipping, prepare and maintain Device History Records (DHRs), respond to customer inquiries, support audits, and assist continuous improvement efforts for aerospace order fulfillment.

Provide general office support including data entry, filing, document preparation, Microsoft Office tasks, basic accounting support, and customer/manager communication. Maintain organization, manage multiple projects, follow procedures, and perform occasional light lifting (up to 30 lbs) in a moderate-noise office environment.

Develop and optimize CNC milling processes (vertical and horizontal), create and troubleshoot CNC programs, design fixtures and tooling, support quoting and sales, collaborate with machinists and inspection, improve production methods, and manage process documentation and supplier selection to meet quality and cost goals.

The Manufacturing Engineer leads initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes, implement lean principles, and mentor teams. Responsibilities include analyzing data, championing improvement projects, and supporting new product introductions.

Provide timely, professional customer support and act as liaison between customers, Business Development, and Operations. Manage orders and ERP data, communicate status, resolve discrepancies, document interactions, and route feedback to internal teams to improve satisfaction.
