Owns the strategy, optimization, integration, and utilization of Salesforce, NetSuite, Rippling, and other business platforms. Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale data center tenant fit-outs from pre-construction through commissioning and operational turnover. Coordinate design, procurement, construction, fiber, conveyance, MEP integration, quality, schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications.
