Owns the NetSuite item master and product data lifecycle across multiple brands. Responsibilities include managing SKUs, UPCs, attributes, BOMs, ECOs, units of measure, dangerous-goods classifications, product synchronization with WMS and Shopify, data governance, audits, and process improvements. The role partners cross-functionally with product development, operations, procurement, planning, finance, compliance, logistics, IT, and e-commerce teams to maintain accurate, scalable product data and support commercialization.

Manage and grow wholesale, distributor, salon, retail, and partner accounts. Serve as primary customer contact, drive reorder and upsell activity, execute promotions and launches, coordinate cross-functional support, maintain CRM records and forecasts, and achieve assigned sales and retention targets while strengthening long-term client relationships.

Own execution of the brand go-to-market plan: build campaign calendars, coordinate cross-channel teams (social, paid, CRM, PR, e-comm), manage budgets and asset production, run launch meetings, prepare performance readouts and post-launch analysis, and improve planning systems and SOPs to scale the new DTC beauty brand.

Execute creative direction to produce on-brand, production-ready assets for email, web, marketplace, social, print, and internal channels. Manage file prep, quality checks, asset rollout, and version control; support photo shoots and streamline design workflows using automation and templating.

Build and launch TikTok and YouTube channels from scratch, own content calendars, create platform-native video concepts, manage community, identify creators/UGC, film and edit agile content, partner with creative team, and track performance to iterate on strategy.
