The Role
Own execution of the brand go-to-market plan: build campaign calendars, coordinate cross-channel teams (social, paid, CRM, PR, e-comm), manage budgets and asset production, run launch meetings, prepare performance readouts and post-launch analysis, and improve planning systems and SOPs to scale the new DTC beauty brand.

Aprés Nail has innovated the nail market as the creator of Gel-X. We're launching a new brand and we're looking for our next superstar to join our team!

There is a new nail brand launching, and its marketing operation must be built with both imagination and rigor. The Brand Director owns the overarching brand strategy, positioning, annual marketing direction, budget envelope, and final strategic decisions. The Marketing Manager turns that direction into a complete, channel-connected go-to-market plan—and strengthens it by bringing forward thoughtful campaign ideas, activation opportunities, and recommendations grounded in audience insight and performance.

This is an elevated execution and planning role for someone who can see both the big picture and every dependency underneath it. The right person is exceptionally detail-oriented, anticipates what others miss, and can create structure in a fast-moving launch environment. They will coordinate work across shared social, creative, paid, CRM, PR/influencer, e-commerce, and sales partners, driving clarity and accountability through strong plans, briefs, follow-up, and influence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate the Brand Director's approved marketing brief and the Creative Director's approved creative direction into a master go-to-market plan for every launch and campaign.
  • Build and maintain the full GTM system: campaign calendar, channel-by-channel asset matrix, deliverables, owners, dependencies, approval milestones, budgets, and deadlines in Asana.
  • Develop and pitch campaign activations, content series, partnership ideas, and channel opportunities that strengthen the approved strategy. Recommendations should include the objective, audience insight, execution approach, resource needs, timeline, and measurement plan.
  • Lead launch kickoffs, weekly working sessions, readiness reviews, and daily launch-window coordination; document decisions and close every follow-up loop.
  • Brief and align social, email/SMS, paid media, PR/influencer, e-commerce, marketplace, wholesale, and external partners so each channel understands its role in the larger campaign.
  • Partner with the Creative Director on asset requirements and production timing; identify missing inputs, approval risks, and capacity constraints early enough to protect the launch date.
  • Set campaign priorities and approved briefs for the new brand's shared social resources while respecting the Social Media Manager's day-to-day people and channel leadership and each specialist's platform expertise.
  • Maintain detailed campaign budget trackers, forecasts, and actuals within the envelope approved by the Brand Director; flag pacing issues and recommend reallocations for approval.
  • Prepare weekly performance readouts and post-launch recaps across revenue, traffic, paid efficiency, CRM, social, creator/PR, and sell-through; distinguish observations from actionable recommendations.
  • Maintain a launch learnings archive and apply prior findings to future plans so that timing, messaging, creative formats, and channel coordination improve with every campaign.
  • Monitor nail, beauty, fashion, creator, and cultural trends; synthesize what is relevant to the new brand and bring forward opportunities that fit the brand rather than chasing every trend.
  • Improve planning templates, SOPs, and operating rhythms as we scale, while keeping Asana accurate enough to serve as the team's single source of truth.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in integrated marketing, campaign management, or brand marketing for a consumer brand; DTC beauty, fashion, or lifestyle experience is strongly preferred.
  • A demonstrated record of building and managing complex, multi-channel campaign plans from brief through post-launch analysis.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and planning discipline. You naturally pressure-test timelines, spot dependencies, document decisions, and follow through before a gap becomes a problem.
  • Strong creative and strategic judgment: you can generate compelling ideas, explain why they fit the audience and brand, and turn an approved idea into an executable plan.
  • Clear, persuasive communication across creative, channel specialists, leadership, agencies, and commercial partners—including the ability to lead meetings and present recommendations concisely.
  • Fluency in core DTC and brand metrics, including revenue, conversion rate, CAC, MER/ROAS, email/SMS performance, social engagement, creator performance, and sell-through.
  • Experience with project-management systems such as Asana and comfort enforcing a shared workflow without becoming a bottleneck.
  • Experience launching a new brand, sub-brand, or major product line is a strong plus.
