Responsibilities include contract negotiations, compliance program oversight, litigation management, regulatory filings, legal risk management, employee training, and coordination with outside counsel and cross-functional teams. The role requires a Texas law license and substantial regulatory legal experience, preferably in the electric utility or energy sector.

Supports supply-chain standard work, process coordination, and basic process improvements under supervision. Creates executive-level PowerPoint presentations, leadership communications, visual narratives, and materials that translate complex business information into concise insights. Partners with leaders and subject matter experts, applies visual storytelling and AI tools, ensures high-quality deliverables, and recommends improvements to executive-facing reports and dashboards.

Develops, maintains, baselines, and analyzes project schedules using Primavera, SmartSheet, or similar systems. Coordinates stakeholders, leads schedule reviews, tracks milestones, risks, commodities, metrics, and KPIs, and prepares status reports for management. Supports project managers and works with execution teams, contractors, suppliers, and utility management. The role requires strong communication, organization, scheduling, spreadsheet, and project-controls skills, with occasional travel, overtime, and potential work at varied project sites.

Performs advanced engineering work, analyzes complex systems and equipment, interprets regulations, solves technical problems, leads engineering teams, coordinates projects, prepares technical reports, supports training, and makes decisions affecting departmental and organizational goals. The role requires an ABET-accredited engineering degree or an approved equivalent, relevant engineering experience, and preferably Professional Engineer registration. Senior and Principal levels require four and eight years of experience, respectively.

Assists the lead project manager with planning, coordinating, executing, monitoring, and closing intermediate or complex projects. Supports schedules, budgets, staffing, safety processes, stakeholder communications, meetings, reporting, contractor and vendor relationships, risk management, quality control, and project deliverables.
