Lead income tax accounting and reporting activities including monthly ASC 740 provisions, effective tax rate calculations, and external disclosures (10-K/10-Q/FERC). Oversee SOX controls, tax forecasting, compliance, audits, and valuation allowances. Manage and develop tax staff, coordinate outside consultants, and support tax systems selection and process improvements. Communicate findings to stakeholders and support planning and regulatory matters.
