Senior IT executive responsible for strategy, delivery, and operation of enterprise and customer-facing applications across stores, merchandising, supply chain, and corporate systems. Leads modernization, platform roadmaps, large distributed teams, vendor relationships, and significant application budgets to drive revenue, margin improvement, and better customer experience.

Provide on-site support and administration of Distribution Center IT infrastructure including Windows desktops, servers, WAN/LAN, RF/VoicePick/PDT devices and printers. Install/configure hardware and software, manage computer room access and inventory, troubleshoot user and network issues, manage ServiceNow tickets and SLAs, perform preventative maintenance, coordinate vendor repairs, train DC staff, and assist other DCs and internal teams. May provide evening and weekend coverage and assist on special projects.

Lead reporting and analytics for store operations: develop and maintain operational metrics and reports; analyze trends and exceptions; provide insights and recommendations; manage and develop an analytics team; drive process improvements, predictive models, and cross-functional partnerships to improve store and financial performance.

Lead risk-based internal audits and SOX testing, evaluate controls and business processes, prepare and present audit reports, manage and mentor audit staff, partner with risk, cybersecurity, and compliance teams, and support continuous improvement of audit methodology.

Lead and execute risk-based IT audits of general IT controls, application controls, and SDLC across ERP and other systems. Assess control design and operating effectiveness, coordinate remediation, prepare and present audit reports to senior management, manage and mentor audit staff, and partner with cybersecurity and compliance to improve IT control environments.

Analyze internal and third-party syndicated data to identify assortment and white-space opportunities, build Power BI dashboards and reports, support customer segmentation and marketing measurement, generate insights and narratives for merchants and senior leaders, and help improve data collection and analytics processes to drive traffic and sales.

Lead labor management and process improvement initiatives across distribution centers using Lean/Six Sigma. Develop and maintain labor standards, LMS/WMS analytics, reports, and dashboards. Support DC projects, startups, capacity expansion, and drive ROI through data-driven performance optimization and cross-functional collaboration.

Lead and execute litigation and claims strategies to reduce self-funded loss costs. Manage a team and external partners (TPAs, outside counsel), control litigation budgets and reserves, oversee discovery, mediations and trials, analyze claims data for program improvements, and coordinate cross-functional claim reduction and high-severity incident response.

Develop and execute category, program, and item sourcing strategies. Partner with Category Teams to define specs, FOB targets, and regulatory requirements. Manage supplier communication, sample approvals, quality assurance coordination, import logistics, project timelines, order documentation, and supplier education to meet margin, sales, inventory turnover, and in-stock goals.

Analyze syndicated and customer research data to identify assortment and white-space opportunities that drive traffic and sales. Produce standardized reports, support merchandising strategies, prepare senior leader presentations, lead training on data interpretation, and recommend process improvements to enhance team efficiency.
