Provides regional HR leadership across multi-unit retail operations, overseeing compliance, staffing, retention, succession planning, training, talent management, employee relations, investigations, engagement, performance management, and people analytics. Support regional retail training for Family Dollar in Miami: develop and certify Model Store Trainers, deliver instructor-led and in-store training, run Train‑The‑Trainer and large events, consult on instructional design, align training with business priorities, and partner with regional leaders to ensure managers are trained and certified prior to role assignment.
