Support UK (and wider) operational and asset teams by building consistent KPIs, reports and analyses to improve NOI and customer outcomes. Champion AI tools to automate reporting, build AI-powered reporting assistants, and accelerate QA. Provide data gathering, financial and leasing analysis, systems requirements/testing, and support acquisitions, budgeting and operational performance improvements.

Translate business needs into system enhancements, lead end-to-end delivery, maintain data integrity, provide 3rd-line support, drive upgrades, produce reports and documentation, and coordinate stakeholders for adoption and change management.

Owns quality and delivery of institutional client financial reporting across a portfolio. Reviews outsourced accounting outputs, validates P&L and balance sheet items with site teams, leads client reporting and meetings, manages audits and compliance (UK GAAP/IFRS), sets reporting standards, drives continuous improvement and automation (including Yardi), and partners with asset management and operations to provide insightful variance analysis and advisory commentary.

Lead design, documentation, implementation and continuous improvement of operational frameworks and SOPs across Build To Rent and Student Accommodation. Conduct audits, support remediation, partner with property, leasing, asset and systems teams, oversee H&S compliance, training rollout, and ensure tenancy law adherence across Australian properties.
