The Python Automation Developer will design and implement automation solutions for healthcare Revenue Cycle Management using Python, Selenium, and OpenCV. Responsibilities include integrating solutions with existing systems, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and supporting long-term automation operations.

Design and build reusable platform components, integration frameworks, and tooling for healthcare interoperability. Implement REST APIs, RPA automation (Python, Selenium, OpenCV), FastAPI/React full-stack apps, and deploy/manage services on Azure using IaC and CI/CD while ensuring HIPAA compliance and strong developer documentation.

Lead enterprise AI adoption by assessing processes, identifying AI use cases, developing implementation playbooks, and running workshops. Partner with IT, Security, Compliance, HR, and business units to design AI-enabled workflows, ensure governance and regulatory alignment, deliver role-based AI education, and measure adoption and productivity gains while preserving human oversight and organizational knowledge.

Manage social media publishing and engagement, develop content calendars and thought leadership, write blogs and marketing collateral, support SEO and podcast promotion, maintain HubSpot and marketing automation, track campaign KPIs, create graphics and social assets, and ensure consistent brand presence across channels to support lead generation.
