Provides executive leadership for Medical Disability Claims operations and technology programs supporting the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Oversees delivery, budgets, staffing, risks, quality, performance metrics, stakeholder relationships, modernization, systems integration, automation, data initiatives, governance, and organizational change. Leads multidisciplinary teams and coordinates government, technical, operational, subcontractor, and vendor partners while aligning technology roadmaps with mission and contractual objectives.

Designs high-fidelity, production-ready product experiences for an aviation readiness and sustainment platform. Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, anomalies, and process-improvement opportunities. Develop dashboards, reports, SQL queries, and data visualizations; perform data validation, cleansing, reconciliation, and quality assurance. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into analytical solutions, support forecasting and capacity planning, automate recurring reporting, document processes, and present actionable findings to technical and non-technical audiences.

Lead daily IT operations across enterprise and regulated environments, overseeing cloud infrastructure, endpoint management, identity and access, patching, incident response, asset lifecycle, vendors, and user support. Ensure compliance with CMMC Level 2 and NIST SP 800-171, maintain audit evidence, coordinate with security and compliance teams, monitor operational KPIs, and supervise and develop IT operations and help desk staff.

Lead end-to-end federal proposal development: analyze solicitations, create schedules and compliance matrices, manage SMEs and teams, write/edit proposal content, run color reviews, ensure FAR compliance, and drive proposal strategy to increase win probability.

Source and engage candidates for IT, technical, and construction/facilities roles using LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards; build pipelines; screen resumes; track activity in the ATS; coordinate interviews; report sourcing metrics; partner with recruiters and support additional talent acquisition projects.

Design, implement, and monitor secure on‑prem and cloud/hybrid systems; enforce NIST 800‑53 controls and SSPs for ATO; perform vulnerability scanning/remediation, log aggregation and SIEM correlation, incident response, IAM enforcement, and produce audit-ready security documentation.

Design, build, validate, and deploy statistical and ML models on claims and healthcare data; perform EDA and feature engineering; manage projects with minimal oversight; debug pipelines; collaborate with engineers; document and present results; mentor junior data scientists.

Develop, test, and maintain full-stack TypeScript applications; productionize AI/ML capabilities; build CI/CD pipelines; collaborate with data science and stakeholders; troubleshoot defects; ensure scalable, reliable software in Agile environments.

Lead end-to-end data science for aviation supply chain and operational data: integrate disparate sources, perform quality assessments, build predictive and statistical models (classification, regression, time series), document algorithms, and communicate results to stakeholders.
