RESPONSIBILITIES
- Source qualified candidates for IT, technical, and construction/facilities management positions using job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and other sourcing tools.
- Conduct personalized outreach to prospective candidates to generate interest and assess initial qualifications.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Partner with recruiters to understand job requirements, hiring priorities, and sourcing strategies.
- Screen resumes and identify candidates who meet position qualifications.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and track sourcing activity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews as needed.
- Monitor recruiting metrics and provide updates on sourcing progress.
- Research market trends and talent availability to support recruiting efforts.
- Deliver a positive candidate experience through timely communication and professional interactions.
- Assist with additional recruiting and talent acquisition projects as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Authorized to work in the United States (required due to federal contract requirements).
- Bachelor's degree.
- 1–3 years of recruiting or sourcing experience, preferably supporting IT, technical, or construction/facilities management roles.
- Strong written communication, organization, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) prefe
