Serve as the Task Order Project Manager for a Department of the Navy/Department of War purchase card program. Lead and develop a credit card customer support team, manage escalations, optimize processes and technologies (CRM, IVR), ensure compliance, monitor performance metrics, and drive training and continuous improvement.

Design QA processes and scorecards, run audits of interactions and transactions, analyze quality metrics, drive continuous improvement, support UAT, and partner with Operations, Compliance, Fraud, and Customer Support to mitigate risk and enhance customer experience.
