Own end-to-end backend IC design automation flow bring-up for new semiconductor process nodes, including PDK, standard-cell library, Foundation IP, EDA tool, script, and infrastructure integration. Develop regression tests, qualify and deploy production flows, support design teams through tape-out, and provide debugging, training, documentation, and methodology improvements. Collaborate across global engineering teams and apply AI/ML to regression analysis, flow optimization, and knowledge capture.

Uses non-destructive techniques including EMMI, LVP, and OBIRCH, along with commercial testers and layout, schematic, and design-analysis tools. Partners with product, yield, reliability, design, foundry, manufacturing, packaging, and physical failure analysis teams to improve product quality and reliability.

Lead end-to-end delivery of web, digital, and marketing-technology projects. Translate business needs into technical requirements, coordinate Marketing and IT, manage plans, schedules, risks, vendors, QA, deployments, and post-launch support. Ensure alignment across stakeholders, integrations, analytics, accessibility, security, and performance for enterprise web initiatives.

Performs semiconductor physical failure analysis to identify root causes of yield, reliability, and customer-return issues. Uses emission microscopy, laser voltage probing, OBIRCH, SEM, FIB, and EDX to isolate failures and analyze materials, devices, layouts, and schematics. Collaborates with product, yield, reliability, design, and process engineers to improve manufacturing yield, performance, quality, and reliability. Develops analysis methodologies, FMEAs, control plans, reports, and corrective actions while supporting new product and package technology transfers.

Supports field sales teams and assigned customers throughout the lead-to-order process. Responsibilities include account management, customer service, opportunity and forecast management, order escalation, pricing and quote support, design registration, distributor coordination, sample and product launch support, CRM maintenance, and contract, pricing, and compliance collaboration. The role requires cross-functional coordination with sales, engineering, operations, marketing, legal, customers, and distributors.

Develop and lead Altera’s embedded processing product narrative, positioning FPGA-based solutions across software stacks, processors, peripherals, and RTOS/OS ecosystems. Create customer-facing technical content, sales enablement assets, competitive messaging, and vertical-specific strategies. Translate complex embedded architectures and technologies, including HPS and Nios V RISC-V processors, into clear customer value and business outcomes while identifying market trends and supporting go-to-market campaigns.

Serve as the technical liaison between IT, Engineering, and Manufacturing to convert engineering needs into IT roadmaps, specs, user stories, and RFCs. Design high-level and component-level infrastructure (network, compute, storage, security, data), validate capacity and resilience, track dependencies and risks, chair working sessions, produce diagrams and decision records, manage backlog and roadmap, and provide status, KPI dashboards, and executive readouts.

Design, simulate, verify, and optimize complex FPGA circuits, programmable logic, and IP (fabric, interconnect, clocking, memory, NoC). Lead microarchitecture definition, develop RTL/schematics/behavioral models, and drive cross-functional integration and PPA improvements. Mentor engineers, resolve complex design and silicon bring-up issues, and improve design methodologies across FPGA product generations.
