Provides senior-level client support for complex commercial and specialty deposit accounts, including onboarding, maintenance, servicing, issue resolution, and regulatory compliance. Reviews transactions for suspicious activity, investigates fraud alerts, validates high-risk requests, documents evidence, and partners with Fraud Operations, Compliance, Legal, Treasury, and Relationship Management teams. Leads process improvements, supports UAT and audits, monitors quality, mentors associates, educates clients on fraud prevention, and helps restore services after fraud incidents.

Maintains audit-ready case files and regulatory compliance with BSA/AML, KYC, CDD, and OFAC requirements. Partners with fraud, risk, treasury, relationship management, and operations teams, educates clients on fraud prevention, supports service recovery, and contributes to trend reporting and process improvements.

Leads Commercial IT operations and technology teams supporting lending and leasing platforms. Manages Product Owners, application and product portfolios, technology roadmaps, prioritization, governance, delivery accountability, stakeholder relationships, and cross-functional coordination. Evaluates proposed IT projects through cost-benefit analysis, establishes team objectives, monitors service delivery, and develops talent through coaching, feedback, and performance management.

The Senior IT Auditor evaluates internal information systems controls, oversees audits, develops findings, and communicates risk assessments to clients.

The Senior Internal Auditor conducts complex audits, develops plans, reviews controls, communicates with management, and utilizes advanced data analytics tools.

Design and deliver customer-centered digital experiences by creating wireframes, flows, prototypes, and visual designs. Collaborate with product, marketing, and technology, contribute to and evolve the design system, implement pages in a CMS, participate in PRDs and UAT, and stay current on financial services UX trends.
