The Sales Engineer will drive design-in activities, exceed revenue targets, manage relationships with manufacturers, and collaborate with marketing and engineering teams in the Western US region.

Define and promote automotive power management products, support customers and field teams, develop reference designs, assist in IC evaluation and lab characterization, author technical content, and collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams throughout product development. Occasional domestic and international travel (10-20%).

Design analog and mixed-signal power management ICs using sub-micron BiCMOS/DMOS technologies. Perform circuit synthesis, simulation, and layout supervision; support ATE development with DFT methods; assist applications/evaluation and customer support. Ensure ESD, latch-up, reliability, and IC qualification requirements are met.
