Lead end-to-end product strategy for Luma's creative photo and video tools. Drive roadmap, launches, A/B testing, analytics, and user research with professional creators. Partner with research, engineering, design, and marketing to integrate AI features and grow active user engagement.

Work across modeling, data, systems, and evaluation to make video foundation models expressive, controllable, and personalized. Build adaptation and personalization pipelines, define end-user quality metrics and evaluations, and collaborate with product and design to deploy production-ready model variants for creative partners.

Lead end-to-end editing, pacing, and narrative for major product launch videos and brand campaigns. Combine cinematic editing, advanced motion graphics, typography, and narrative-driven sound design. Translate raw model outputs into polished, emotionally resonant assets, iterate rapidly under tight timelines, and establish scalable creative workflows alongside motion designers and researchers.

Design, build, and operate large-scale RL post-training systems for multimodal foundation models: distributed training, high-throughput rollout generation, environment and reward infrastructure, evaluation and debugging tooling, and efficiency/stability improvements. Collaborate with researchers to productionize RL methods and run stable RL training across thousands of GPUs.

The Account Executive will drive sales in the Entertainment sector, leveraging industry connections and executing full-cycle sales processes to integrate Luma's AI technology into production workflows.

Lead and scale Lumas East Coast sales: own full enterprise sales cycle, close deals with brands and agencies, build and coach a team of 5+ AEs, develop regional pipeline and playbooks, and partner with product, marketing, and customer success to translate creative AI into measurable ROI.
