Manage water and wastewater capital projects from conception through completion: oversee schedules, budgets, contracts, and staff; negotiate consultant contract modifications; ensure EHS and compliance; coordinate with bureaus, stakeholders, and support divisions; perform site visits and monitor performance metrics to mitigate risk and achieve project milestones.
