Manage complex capital construction projects from inception through completion and close-out. Coordinate with sponsor agencies, generate cost estimates and schedules, supervise design and construction staff, resolve construction and design issues, negotiate with contractors, process change orders, ensure safety and timely completion, generate reports, attend meetings, and oversee Project Managers and Junior Project Managers.

Lead and manage a DevOps and systems administration team to ensure high application uptime, oversee production/non-production environments, implement DevOps pipelines, manage Microsoft enterprise services (Active Directory, Microsoft 365/Intune/Endpoint Manager, Exchange Online, ATP), coordinate infrastructure upgrades, support security administration, and collaborate with stakeholders on project intake, budgeting, vendor management and technology integration.

Develop standards for documents, data governance, BIM and reality capture, advanced analytics (including AI), innovation roadmaps, stakeholder engagement, and agency-wide processes to scale new technologies and practices.

Lead review of architectural design and construction documents, perform existing conditions and forensic analysis, develop project scope, and manage in-house design and construction administration. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to meet schedules, budgets, codes, and standards while interfacing with sponsors, consultants, contractors, and project managers.

Lead development and management of international partnerships and flagship initiatives to advance mayoral priorities. Serve as liaison for a geographic region, manage special projects, advise leadership on international policy, and support strategic communications to deliver tangible benefits for New Yorkers.

Manage AD provisioning and Office/Microsoft 365 administration, patching and Intune/MECM endpoint management, ATP monitoring, Tier 2 support, print/fax and physical security systems administration, PowerShell scripting (including MS SQL integration), and vendor coordination to maintain agency IT operations and security.

Configure, maintain, and optimize Fortinet infrastructure; ensure device OSes are patched; provide hands-on troubleshooting and technical support; collaborate with internal and external teams to maintain secure, reliable network operations; perform special projects and may work varied shifts including overtime, nights, and weekends.

Manage multiple IT projects for response and pandemic-preparedness applications: vendor coordination, business analysis, scheduling, deployment, production support, status reporting, and stakeholder communication.
