Administer, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform and ITSM modules. Manage users, roles, workflows, forms, business rules, notifications, and CMDB. Support Incident, Change, Problem, Service Catalog and Knowledge. Troubleshoot issues, assist with upgrades/patches, maintain documentation, and collaborate with technical teams and customers to improve platform functionality.

Provide on-site Tier 1–2 system and desktop support for Windows 11 and Server 2019 environments, manage Active Directory and Group Policy, maintain SIPR/NIPR compliance (STIG/DISA), perform patching, backup/recovery, asset management, document issues, and escalate Tier 3 problems while supporting audits and security readiness.

Design, configure, administer, and enhance ServiceNow ITSM applications and workflows. Support Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Service Catalog processes; build dashboards, reports, and integrations; troubleshoot platform issues; support upgrades and testing; collaborate with stakeholders to implement ITIL best practices and improve service delivery.
