Plan and execute customer events at the Executive Briefing Center and integration centers. Manage logistics, vendor contracts, budgets, agendas, timelines, AV/technical needs, and on-site execution. Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, AV, and partners, reconcile expenses, track attendee and ROI data, and provide hands-on event support while maintaining professional standards.

Lead strategic sales into global financial institutions, maintain and grow key accounts, negotiate contracts, collaborate with pre/post-sales teams, meet revenue targets, and represent SHI at industry events.

Coordinate multiple large-scale projects by creating plans, managing documentation, budgets, communications with customers and vendors, tracking risks, implementing quality controls, supporting administrative tasks, and providing regular status updates to stakeholders.

Lead design, implementation, and operation of enterprise wired and wireless networks (Cisco/Meraki). Own incident triage, change execution, monitoring, RF optimization, identity-based access (Cisco ISE), automation, documentation, and mentor junior engineers to improve reliability and performance.

Design, implement, and maintain scalable software solutions; develop new features; troubleshoot live-site issues; support CI/CD and DevOps practices; produce technical documentation and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
