Plans and manages procurement for critical capital equipment and professional services supporting data center development. Responsibilities include budgeting, strategic sourcing, category management, supplier performance, RFPs, contract execution, risk mitigation, equipment planning, KPI development, and stakeholder coordination. The role evaluates infrastructure technologies, resolves technical and commercial issues, supports project schedules and sales costing, and travels to sites, supplier facilities, conferences, and networking events.

Leads analysts and recurring planning workstreams, reconciles procurement and financial data across ERP and reporting systems, monitors variances and risks, supports audit readiness, and presents capital performance insights to senior leadership. Partners cross-functionally with Procurement, Finance, Accounting, Development, and project teams to improve forecasting, controls, reporting quality, and process consistency.

Improves and standardizes sales processes, workflows, systems, and data integrity. Identifies bottlenecks, automation opportunities, and process waste while documenting requirements, workflows, specifications, and testing materials. Leads cross-functional business transformation initiatives, implements scalable solutions, and supports sales efficiency improvements from quote to cash. Requires strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and project execution skills.

Leads corporate strategy projects and major workstreams from planning through execution. Structures ambiguous business problems, directs quantitative and qualitative analysis, develops actionable recommendations, influences cross-functional partners, creates executive-ready deliverables, and presents findings to senior leaders. Evaluates market and business performance data while providing project guidance and protecting confidential information.

Develop and maintain logistics data tools, forecasting models, reports, and dashboards using ERP and analytics systems. Analyze supply chain KPIs, audit data quality, identify process improvements, and provide actionable insights to procurement, operations, finance, and leadership. Support data modeling, automation, technology implementation, and ad hoc operational initiatives while improving logistics efficiency and decision-making.

Leads QTS public, media, analyst, and crisis communications programs to strengthen corporate reputation and brand visibility. Develops communications strategies, press materials, narratives, go-to-market messaging, executive visibility plans, and stakeholder engagement initiatives. Manages media relationships, analyst outreach, public-facing events, employer brand support, metrics reporting, and crisis response while coordinating with internal teams, agencies, partners, and community stakeholders.

Manages insurance and risk management activities for data center real estate, construction, leasing, procurement, financing, and development operations. Responsibilities include tracking certificates and renewals, reviewing policies and contracts, managing bonds, applications, budgets, claims trends, documentation, executive reporting, and regulatory updates. The role collaborates extensively with Legal, Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Development, and other stakeholders.
