Leads telecom and low-voltage quality management across data center design, pre-construction, construction, and commissioning projects. Responsibilities include managing budgets, schedules, contractors, consultants, vendors, and commissioning agents; reviewing designs and installations for standards compliance; resolving schedule obstacles; evaluating proposals; maintaining campus development plans; and coordinating with operations and technology stakeholders.

Leads QTS’s centralized development schedule management function across its construction portfolio. Oversees production tracking, schedule risk management, KPI standardization, reporting dashboards, and performance-review routines. Builds and manages a team of schedule specialists and analysts, partners with regional development leaders, intervenes in at-risk projects, and coordinates with procurement, quality, engineering, design, and finance to integrate schedule requirements into project delivery and reporting.

Leads the enterprise business applications strategy, architecture, governance, modernization, and lifecycle management across Development, ERP, CRM, SCM, and HCM platforms. Oversees large-scale implementations, process standardization, data integration, reporting, reliability, and continuous improvement. Builds executive partnerships and leads a high-performing business applications organization aligned with company growth and operational efficiency.

Owns enterprise-wide Integrated Business Planning process standards, governance, controls, data integrity, KPIs, and continuous improvement. Leads capacity strategy and planning processes spanning opportunity identification, capital alignment, infrastructure readiness, site selection, utilities, connectivity, and handoff to delivery teams. Partners with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to standardize processes, establish stage gates, improve decision readiness, and drive adoption across a matrixed organization.

Oversee large-scale data center reimbursement projects from contract execution through billing, closeout, and financial reconciliation. Coordinate cross-functional teams, interpret contracts, manage milestones, support invoicing and collections, track revenue and financial risks, lead project reviews, resolve issues, and develop standardized processes, governance frameworks, operating procedures, and playbooks.

Leads category sourcing and procurement initiatives for data center-related direct and indirect spend. Develops category strategies, negotiates complex supplier agreements, manages contracts and vendor relationships, drives cost savings and risk mitigation, and oversees supplier selection, RFPs, bid analysis, and performance reporting. Coaches Category Sourcing Managers, supports business stakeholders, escalates issues, and advances sourcing processes and strategic initiatives.

Manages information trackers, lease deliverables, reporting, and cross-functional coordination for active hyperscale Build to Suit projects. Partners with sales, legal, predevelopment, construction, and project leadership teams to monitor critical workstreams, maintain project data, improve information management processes, and ensure material and customer deliverables are completed on schedule.

Prepare consolidated and standalone financial statements, footnotes, disclosures, lender compliance reports, and covenant calculations under U.S. GAAP. Coordinate external audits, resolve accounting and reporting issues, improve and automate processes, maintain financial reporting controls, and support ad hoc reporting requests.

Manages logistics, inventory transfers, shipping, and third-party transportation and warehouse relationships across QTS locations. Develops supply chain processes, forecasts equipment needs, tracks inventory and progress, reports status, and resolves site-specific logistics risks. Partners with procurement managers and internal stakeholders to improve efficiency, optimize supplier value, support sourcing plans, and manage organizational change.

Supports enterprise procurement transformation through data gathering, analysis, process evaluation, compliance improvement, stakeholder engagement, reporting, vendor analysis, audits, and change management. The role creates procurement documentation and training materials, recommends system and workflow improvements, and partners with Finance, Audit, Legal, IT, Accounts Payable, and business teams to improve efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
