Perform pre-funding and post-closing audits for new and renewed loans to ensure compliance with bank policy and regulations. Update loan records, enter exceptions into tracking systems, assist lending officers with exception clearing, scan/upload documents in Hyland, and prepare compliance self-audits. Participate in committee and board meetings as required.

Provide foreign exchange wire services to customers: quote and negotiate FX rates, create FX quotes, initiate wires through the wire transfer application, deliver bilingual customer service, ensure regulatory disclosures and accurate transaction processing, and assist FX traders.

Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth international and domestic customers, support account transactions and loan processes, handle wire transfers and online banking support, log interactions in CRM, ensure BSA/AML and regulatory compliance, assist with due diligence and customer recertification, meet monthly sales goals, and participate in outreach and team activities.
