First in-house General Counsel to own the full contract lifecycle for sales, partnerships, and procurement. Build standard terms and playbooks, negotiate commercial, supplier, reseller, privacy, and defense-related agreements, support international expansion and employment matters, manage outside counsel, and advise on product liability, insurance, and strategic transactions.

Travel up to 25% for escalations and key customer engagements.

Design, build, and commission robotic automation solutions: create proofs of concept, program robots and PLCs, wire and integrate fixtures/IO/PLCs, train customers, troubleshoot on-site, run demos, and feed field learnings back to engineering teams.

Lead organic brand growth across social, content, community, creators, and culture. Build the content engine, set voice and editorial strategy, partner cross-functionally to produce high-velocity video and content, grow audience and convert attention into measurable pipeline, and establish systems and a team to scale brand impact.

Own technical pre-sales for integration-heavy opportunities, scope turn-key robotic solutions, co-own deal close, then manage projects from contract award through Site Acceptance Testing, coordinating engineering, timelines, budgets, change orders, and customer expectations.

Design and own automated test suites and hardware-in-the-loop infrastructure for controls and industrial integration. Exercise industrial protocols (Modbus, EtherNet/IP, EtherCAT, PROFINET), build PLC/protocol simulators and safety-system validation, and collaborate with software and applications engineers to validate integrations in real time. Deliver maintainable test code, fixtures, and reviews for protocol compliance and CI/CD pipelines.
