Build and run the outbound SDR function: personally prospect and convert target accounts, hire and coach a team of SDRs, design outbound processes and cadences, and own tooling and ops integration with CRM and marketing to generate qualified pipeline for AEs.

Lead onboarding and enablement for new customers: design and execute tailored onboarding plans, deliver live and recorded training, consult on event use cases, mitigate escalation risks, create playbooks and knowledge assets, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive adoption and retention.
