Leads high-complexity engineering change control across gas and steam turbine, generator, HRSG, BOP, and aeroderivative products. Chairs change control boards, performs impact analysis, manages PLM change issues and actions, monitors quality and on-time KPIs, coordinates stakeholders, trains teams, improves processes, supports UAT and automation initiatives, and maintains configuration management procedures and documentation.

Own the roadmap and backlog for GE Vernova engineering tools, including Aurora, SDM, and Configurator. Partner with engineering, cybersecurity, AWS support, contractors, and business stakeholders to define requirements, acceptance criteria, sprint cadence, delivery milestones, training, and communications. Track business impact through cycle-time, delivery, and optimization metrics while balancing features, defects, and technical debt. Lead product vision, prioritization, alignment, and execution across software development lifecycle platforms.

Supports commercial and sales teams in positioning aeroderivative gas turbine packages for datacenters, utilities, and municipalities. The intern gathers technical and marketing content, converts it into sales-friendly collateral, manages content repositories, learns gas turbine performance and product offerings, and participates in solution-selling processes using Lean methodology.

Manage a portfolio of 5–10 robotics and computer vision research projects, overseeing project plans, milestones, procurement, staffing logistics, budgets, risks, documentation, and stakeholder communications.
