Drive DFT/testability standards, develop reusable test IP and advanced ATE methods, partner across NPI, enable transfer to OSATs, reduce test cost and cycle time, and mentor engineers while pioneering test innovations including AI/ML for yield and test optimization.

Manage quality operations in InP fabrication for high-speed optical AI applications, overseeing ISO systems, quality improvements, and supplier quality management.

Design, develop, verify and optimize embedded firmware for low-power mixed-signal sensing SoCs. Lead pre- and post-silicon validation, FPGA prototyping, testability features, system-level architecture, and cross-functional integration. Mentor junior engineers and support application, production test, and customer issue resolution.

Serve as HR point of contact for Southern California sites and US remote employees. Partner with leaders on employee relations, onboarding, performance management, retention, engagement, leadership development, and day-to-day HR operations. Support ISO 9001 quality-management audits and execute tactical local HR responsibilities to align people strategy with business needs.
