Drive procurement and supply chain improvements: streamline supplier base, negotiate strategic buying agreements, manage supplier KPIs and performance, optimize inventory and working capital, reduce freight and procurement administration costs, analyze supply chain data, and implement risk-mitigation and lean principles across sites and regional teams.

Serve as strategic partner to the Regional President, owning the regional operating cadence, driving cross-functional project execution, compiling P&L and performance dashboards, representing executive communications globally, and improving processes to support hyper-growth across US, Mexico, APAC, and EMEA.

Support manufacturing process development for surface mount and electromechanical assembly: process layout, labor analysis, ECO review, process controls, MRRs, DFM, validation, facility requirements, and cross-functional collaboration under a mentor.

Uses statistical analysis and SPC tools, mentors team members, and collaborates across disciplines to develop high-quality, cost-appropriate manufacturing solutions.

Provide technical support for applications, systems, networks and infrastructure. Install, configure and maintain systems; investigate and resolve incidents and minor security events; design system components and produce design specifications; automate tasks with scripting; support around-the-clock monitoring; develop and test incident management procedures and contribute to continuous service improvement.

Optimize and improve manufacturing processes through data-driven analysis and continuous improvement. Develop manufacturing solutions, use SPC and measurement tools, produce project documentation, work independently in at least one process phase, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance productivity, quality, cost, and safety.

Lead global demand management and planning processes, develop and deploy best practices, metrics, SOPs and training, support regional supply chain teams in designing optimal strategies, and coach/manage staff to improve customer service, inventory management, and operational efficiency.

Support and optimize manufacturing processes by maintaining equipment, validating processes, designing process improvements, creating technical documentation, and meeting quality, delivery, and cost targets. Use statistical analysis and SPC tools, collaborate cross-discipline, and mentor within technical specialty areas.

Support Program Managers with tactical and administrative tasks: prepare internal and customer reports/metrics, assist customer presentations and on-site events, run delivery/backlog/revenue shipment reports, handle daily customer PO and order queries, and coordinate with Customer Focus Team and functional areas to support delivery objectives.

Support global legal and compliance teams by managing documentation and dashboards, assisting training development, facilitating audits and investigations, maintaining communication sites, and supporting contracts, EH&S, government contracting, labor practices, and ethics compliance initiatives.
