Lead North America go-to-market for Software Defined Infrastructure Services by defining positioning, packaging, pricing, and launch plans. Drive seller enablement, sales plays, partner alignment, and lifecycle management to grow attach rates, pipeline, and revenue. Support strategic pursuits, RFI/RFP responses, and field feedback to evolve offers. Partner with Global Offer, Delivery, Sales, and partners to ensure market relevance, competitive differentiation, and commercial viability.

The Technology Sales Specialist drives growth in software defined infrastructure services by managing client relationships, pursuing and closing opportunities, and engaging executive stakeholders to ensure measurable business outcomes while meeting sales quotas.

Owner of assigned accounts responsible for land, expansion, and renewals. Build and maintain client relationships, drive demand and revenue, coordinate vendors/partners, manage pipelines and forecasts, and ensure governance, compliance, and financial controls across the client lifecycle.

Provide onsite data center L1 remote field support: diagnose and resolve incidents, monitor SLAs, perform maintenance, update tickets and knowledge articles, coordinate repairs and vendor interactions to restore client services.
