Manages accounting operations, including monthly, quarterly, and annual closes; GAAP-compliant financial reporting; balance sheet analysis; payroll and benefits accruals; budgeting; internal controls; and accounting process documentation. Supervises, develops, and mentors accounting staff, coordinates with internal audit and other departments, supports field financial reporting, and leads special analysis projects for management and operations.

Creates and maintains instructional content by identifying learning needs, developing objectives, storyboards, scripts, and multimedia assets. Collaborates with subject matter experts and leadership, researches content accuracy, updates training materials, documents revisions, audits files, and recommends process and learning-experience improvements. Participates in multimedia production and works with training metrics teams to evaluate learning effectiveness.
