Design, own, and verify electrical components and systems for military aviation across the product lifecycle. Lead cross-functional projects, perform design reviews, integrate sensing architectures into turbomachinery, troubleshoot fielded assets, ensure supplier components meet requirements, and mentor junior engineers while applying aerospace standards and managing technology maturation through to production.

Lead technical integration of the GEK800 propulsion system with weapon system airframes. Own the Airframe Interface Control Model (AICM) in CAMEO, generate ICDs/specs, manage interface requirements and configuration, coordinate with primes and Department of War customers, and advance MBSE and digital engineering practices. Travel to partner/customer sites periodically.

Lead development and execution of multi-site engine test programs for small uncrewed propulsion systems: plan tests, coordinate partners, ensure test readiness and safety, oversee data acquisition and analysis, resolve issues, and report results to leadership.

Lead technical airframe-propulsion integration across expendable, reusable, and CCA platforms. Own Airframe Interface Control Models (AICMs) in CAMEO, generate ICDs/specs/drawings, manage interface requirements with traceability and verification, drive MBSE/digital engineering initiatives, coordinate integrators/manufacturers/DoD customers, and support multi-platform integration planning and business development.

Serve as the onsite senior HR leader for a 200+ employee joint-venture manufacturing site. Lead a two-person HR team and own full HR operations: payroll (Paylocity), recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, investigations, supplier management, compliance with federal and Montana law, and community/education partnerships. Provide strategic counsel to site leadership and the JV Board while operating independently in a remote, standalone environment.

Lead technical strategy and provide highest-level engineering authority for aerospace electrical power generation across design, modeling, testing, integration and standards. Mentor engineers, drive design reviews, improve engineering processes, represent power generation expertise, coordinate with Chief Engineer Office, and support product competitiveness and regulatory engagement.

Design, develop, validate, and qualify aircraft engine control algorithms and software for military applications. Apply control theory, modeling, and hardware/software integration to deliver control logic, diagnostics, and prognostics. Produce documentation, participate in reviews, mentor junior engineers, and support product release and NPI activities while meeting export-control and security requirements.
