Lead new product development for next-generation balloon-expandable transcatheter heart valve delivery systems. Develop and characterize medical device manufacturing processes, design experiments, establish process windows, and lead equipment, software, process, and manufacturing-system validations. Drive equipment and process scaling across sites, support automation and digital infrastructure, and guide commercialization activities. Partner with R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Project Management, suppliers, and commercial teams while applying design controls, statistical engineering, cGMP, Six Sigma, and lean manufacturing principles.

Lead hands-on analytics initiatives for Global Supply Chain using BI, ML/AI, and process improvements. Collaborate with stakeholders and IT to design, implement, and scale reporting, dashboards, POCs, and SOPs. Manage projects, train staff, and improve manufacturing data quality to drive operational performance.

Serve as finance partner for TMVR therapy leading annual and long-term planning, monthly forecasts, month-end close, variance analysis, decision support, reporting, presentations, process improvements, compliance (SOX/GAAP/Sunshine Act), and special projects to inform leadership and drive business performance.

Lead and manage complex employee relations investigations, advise senior leaders and HR partners on performance, conflict, and disciplinary matters; analyze trends and deliver regional ER programs; improve case management processes and leverage technology; present findings to leadership and support broader HR strategy to enhance employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
