Provide actionable financial insights, build stakeholder relationships, and identify opportunities to standardize and automate planning and reporting processes.

Leads discovery-stage R&D engineering for surgical medical devices, including unmet-needs research, concept generation, prototyping, experiments, testing, FEA, DOE, design validation, technical recommendations, supplier guidance, and engineering documentation. Develops project plans, coordinates technician activities, and coaches junior employees. Collaborates with Quality, Manufacturing, healthcare practitioners, and cross-functional teams to advance innovative products. Requires domestic and international travel of up to 10%.

Lead Business Unit finance as strategic partner to the GM: own FP&A, forecasting, performance management, commercial and operational finance, controls and compliance, talent development, and integration to drive sustainable growth and scalable processes over a 3–5 year horizon.

Supervises technicians and lower-level engineers while driving technical solutions, continuous improvement, and knowledge transfer.

Lead manufacturing engineering initiatives for surgical and transcatheter heart valve products. Responsibilities include sterilization tank installation and qualification, equipment and process validation, capital equipment implementation, manufacturing support, MES enhancements, continuous improvement, CAPA and nonconformance resolution, documentation, technician coordination, supplier management, and cross-functional project leadership across global sites.

Transfers new medical device products into manufacturing by setting up lines, qualifying equipment, validating processes, improving production methods, resolving compliance issues, preparing documentation, and coordinating technician activities. The role develops experiments, analyzes validation results, creates project plans and training materials, and supports production stabilization while maintaining FDA, quality, and environmental health and safety requirements.
