Serve as the primary link between Indirect Procurement and assigned sites to drive early engagement, demand shaping, sourcing adoption, cost optimization, compliance, supplier performance resolution, and procurement KPI monitoring in support of Active Oxygens and Oil Additives business lines.

Plans production, demand, inventory, capacity, and supply across multiple sites to meet customer needs. Manage customer RTUs and PDF orders, oversee US inventory and replacement orders, track EN IVPO orders, analyze logistics KPIs, identify SCM improvements, and support logistics project implementation to optimize operations and maintain safe stock levels.

The OEM Manager for Industrial develops and executes OEM strategies, builds relationships with clients, identifies opportunities and collaborates with regional counterparts.

Owns financial control for large capital projects by managing cost baselines, budgets, forecasts, EAC, cash flow, change management, contingency, variance analysis, and KPI reporting. Consolidates financial data across engineering, procurement, construction, finance, and contractors; produces executive reports; supports accruals, payments, funding, audits, and project decisions. Requires strong project controls, cost management, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Provide contract-focused paralegal support: draft, review, and maintain NDAs and contract templates; manage contract databases and trackers; conduct legal research; liaise with customers and outside counsel; support compliance training and special projects.

12-week summer internship for undergraduate Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Chemistry students. Interns complete a technical project, work on cross-functional regional projects, and gain experience in manufacturing/operations, environmental health & safety, process engineering, R&D, or production engineering while networking with company leaders and peers.
