Manages the Safety, Health, and Security at the Bayport, TX site to provide program leadership, a safe and healthy work environment, compliance with regulations and company policies, and support business activities. Responsible for compliance with all regulatory, Evonik, and North American Region Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security regulations. Manages ESHS Department for optimum performance and ensuring compliance.

The HR Systems & Process Analyst - Americas works collaboratively across all functional teams of the HR organization in the Americas region to help improve the management of Global and Regional HR processes in all of Evonik’s HR systems. The focus will be on introducing technical innovation/improvement into the HR processes that can impact results, enhance the user experience, and assist the organization in the Americas region to meet its HR objectives and goals.

The Project Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering project management strategies for chemical plant construction projects. They will lead strategic projects, coordinate with customers, manage project teams, and ensure compliance with deadlines and cost specifications.
