Manage and mentor 5–10 AmeriCorps members delivering academic, attendance, behavior, and enrichment support in a partner school. Oversee program implementation, service quality, performance management, data collection, partner relationships, events, training, hiring, and onboarding. Build relationships with school administrators, teachers, families, and community stakeholders while meeting service outcomes and advancing equity-focused practices.

The Impact Director manages day-to-day education program operations, school partnerships, AmeriCorps members, and Student Success Coaches. Responsibilities include implementing the Whole School Whole Child model, overseeing student interventions, managing data and budgets, evaluating outcomes, developing staff, supporting recruitment, coordinating volunteers and events, maintaining district relationships, and contributing to grant reporting and organizational initiatives.

Lead fundraising and external engagement for City Year New Orleans by developing and executing annual fundraising strategies across corporate, foundation, government, and individual streams. Manage donor portfolio and stewardship, coordinate grants and reporting, plan fundraising events and communications, maintain CRM records (Salesforce), support board fundraising, and strengthen community partnerships to meet revenue goals.

Manages site operations, office systems, workflows, budgets, financial processes, vendors, inventory, logistics, and cross-functional initiatives. The role improves operational efficiency, supports technology and office needs, coordinates events, assists with hiring and onboarding, analyzes data, and serves as a liaison to staff, visitors, vendors, and community partners.
