Responsible for managing geotechnical projects related to renewables, preparing proposals, performing engineering analysis, and ensuring client expectations are met.

Lead and manage environmental assessment and remediation projects including Phase I/II ESAs, soil/vapor/groundwater investigations, remediation oversight, budgeting, proposal writing, client and regulator communications, staff direction and mentoring, and final reporting.

Lead and mentor teams while driving business growth, building client relationships, and delivering complex environmental projects successfully.

Oversee CMT operations and team management, ensure compliance with construction standards, implement best practices, and maintain equipment and safety protocols.

Leads geotechnical, special inspection, and construction materials testing projects. Performs field observations, inspections, laboratory testing, engineering analysis, reporting, proposals, client communication, and project management. Mentors less experienced staff, develops engineering solutions, supports safety requirements, and builds client relationships. The role requires frequent jobsite work in varied conditions, limited travel, and progression toward PE licensure.

Perform field and laboratory geotechnical and materials testing, prepare proposals and engineering reports, manage basic projects, observe construction, maintain client communication, and gain experience toward PE licensure. Significant field work (~50%) and occasional travel required.

Manage moderate to complex geotechnical, special inspection, and construction materials testing projects. Lead project teams, develop scopes, prepare proposals and engineering reports, perform analyses, manage scope/schedule/budget, mentor junior staff, maintain client and vendor relationships, and ensure health and safety compliance. Travel up to 25%.

Manage projects from proposal through completion: train and supervise field technicians, perform field and lab tests on soils/concrete/aggregates, prepare reports, control scope/schedule/costs, coordinate resources and vendors, manage stakeholder relationships, and evaluate and mitigate project risks.
