The role requires an engineering degree, technical English, strong analytical skills, and preferably experience with naval tenders or marine engineering.

Prepare and QA cost quotes for service and parts orders by gathering and validating labor, parts, shipping, and logistics inputs. Coordinate with Field Service, Service Centers, Distribution Centers, and internal teams to confirm scope, technician requirements, and approvals. Maintain documentation and audit trails in OneCRM/One4AL/OneService/ServiceNow, hand off quotes to Sales, and support margin analysis.

Plans and leads medium- to high-complexity transformation, manufacturing, supply chain, and facility projects at the Broken Arrow site. Manages scope, budgets, schedules, risks, stakeholders, change initiatives, and project teams while improving safety, quality, delivery, cost, and operational efficiency. Develops business cases, reports progress to leadership, supports operational planning, and coaches local colleagues. The role is onsite and requires approximately 30% domestic and international travel.

Leads product direction, roadmap, priorities, packaging, pricing, and global go-to-market for a digital services portfolio. Translates customer and business needs into product requirements, supports condition-monitoring solution development, tracks adoption and value KPIs, and coordinates product, technology, commercial, and operations teams. The role requires customer engagement, international collaboration, and approximately 25–35 travel days annually.

Drive sales growth for gasketed and brazed plate heat exchangers in the semiconductor market by identifying leads, building customer relationships, analyzing market trends, creating value quotes, using CRM, and executing sales plans to expand market share and acquire new customers.
